With every client I imagine our relationship as a sojourners. This word has fallen out of fashion to some extent, but it depicts well the type of client relationship I like to craft. Sojourners were folks who were stopping by town for a short stay to rest before continuing their journey. I like that the word implies both rest and movement. This is how we seek growth: by resting to discover where we are and moving forward with new energy and strength. My goal is to sojourner with you so that we both might grow in our ability to be open, resourceful and persistent in our relationships.

The Process Communication Model® (PCM) is the non-clinical communication and management methodology derived from Dr. Kahler's research. PCM can be used in every aspect of one's life, in every personal and business interaction.
At the core of PCM training is learning to identify another person's primary, or "Base" personality type, primarily through the language that he or she uses, and the unique communication styles, psychological needs, behaviors and other characteristics of each of the six personality types.
